Mustard vinaigrette or French vinaigrette is one of the most famous vinaigrettes there is, it is preferably used for salads, vegetables and pasta.

1 teaspoon of mustard.
INSTRUCTIONS

In a small container or jar with a lid, add the ingredients. Close the container and shake vigorously to emulsify the mixture. Once you've used the required amount, you can store the container in the refrigerator. It can be kept for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
TIPS
We can add spices, herbs, chopped vegetables, or nuts to taste for a special touch. A drizzle of honey can also be added.
