Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bottle
Arbequina.
The Arbequina olive is widely cultivated in the Mediterranean region. It is sweet and aromatic, with a touch of bitterness and a certain freshness. The resulting Garrafa Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is neither bitter nor spicy because it is smooth, light, delicate, harmonious, and has aromas of green fruit. This is because the olives are harvested at their optimal ripeness, directly from the tree, and with the utmost care.
Sotaroni.
SOTARONI Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained naturally. Furthermore, appropriate mechanical processes, combined with the quality of the olives, ensure a high-quality oil that maintains the organoleptic properties of the fruit from which it comes.
Harvest of Garrafa Arbequina EVOO.
On the same day it is harvested, the olives are transported in specially adapted containers to the olive mill, where they are pressed under the strictest quality controls. Once the Arbequina Garrafa Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained, it is stored in tanks at a temperature between 15º and 18º Celsius to ensure preservation while preventing oxidation.
Torrevella Estate
Located in Alcoy in one of the most important botanical enclaves in this area.
Between the Font Roja and Sierra de Mariola Natural Parks, on a family farm of more than 140 hectares, of which 60 hectares are dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees of the Arbequina variety and the rest to other native crops of this area (aromatic plants, cherry trees, walnut trees, almond trees, etc.). Its location at over 800 meters above sea level, its proximity to the sea, and the Mediterranean climate combined with the exceptional qualities of these lands create ideal conditions for olive cultivation. And it is here that Garrafa Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced.
